How can I return my items?

Pick-up

1. Have the package picked up at home or at the office.
2. The return must be sent in the original packaging
3. No printer needed, you book your return online
4. Pay via iDEAL.
5. You get a shipping receipt with Track & Trace when your package is collected
6. You will be automatically notified when your return has been received and processed.
7. RETURNS THAT ARE PROPERLY RETURNED WILL BE PROCESSED EARLIER

Drop-off

1. Send your return via DHL.
2. Bring/ send your package via a DHL point.
3. The return must be sent in the original packaging
4. Printer required, DHL label must be printed.
5. Pay via iDEAL.
6. Proof of shipment with Track & Trace digital (in the mail)
7. You will automatically receive a message when your return has been received and processed.
8. RETURNS THAT ARE PROPERLY RETURNED WILL BE PROCESSED EARLIER
